Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist at ALDI International Services GmbH & Co. oHG, you will be responsible for leading international projects to digitalize support services. Your key tasks will include designing and implementing the "Technology Roadmap" for the international IT support, creating a roadmap for the future Service Desk with a focus on AI, and expanding our existing Enterprise-Service-Management solution (ServiceNow). You will also provide holistic consulting to departments to design smooth and consistent processes and services, lead and continuously develop your own team, and be responsible for an IT service including the associated products. You will work closely with the business, national and international departments, and external development partners and product owners.

Requirements
  • Studies with a focus on information technology or business administration or comparable qualifications
  • Several years of experience in software development or user experience
  • Experience in process automation and optimization using workflow tools
  • Competences in service design and blueprinting
  • Experience in leading and developing teams and employees
  • Very good German and English language skills
Desirable
  • Experience in shared services or IT support
  • Experience with automation solutions and artificial intelligence
  • Experience in retail and warehouse
