Lead the DevOps Transformation at E.ON Digital Technology GmbH

E.ON Digital Technology GmbH is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our DevOps transformation journey. As the Head of DevOps Coaches, you will be responsible for providing leadership and strategy to our team of Scrum Masters and DevOps coaches, supporting the IT organization's transformation to a cloud operating model.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and strategy to the team of Scrum Masters and DevOps coaches
  • Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive DevOps transformation strategy
  • Mentor and coach team members and leaders on DevOps best practices
  • Lead cultural initiatives to support the transition to product-centric and cross-functional team structures
  • Implement and refine DevOps processes, establish metrics and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
Your Profile:
  • At least 8 years of experience in software development or IT roles with a strong focus on DevOps practices
  • A minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience, ideally managing teams of similar size and complexity
  • Proven experience in leading DevOps transformations within large organizations
  • Deep understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code, containerization, and cloud-native development
  • Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
