Job Overview

As a Senior Kotlin Engineer at Scalable GmbH, you will leverage your extensive experience to contribute to a dynamic and motivated cross-functional team dedicated to enhancing our brokerage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your 5+ years of professional experience to take full ownership of individual projects, ensuring their successful execution.
  • Play a pivotal role in building and managing one of Europe's fastest-growing neo-brokers.
  • Engage with advanced technologies and embrace modern software development methodologies, including agile practices, continuous integration, deployment, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant discipline such as computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with our technology stack: Kotlin, Java, GraphQL, Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, and Terraform.
  • Strong analytical skills applicable to both technical and product domains.
  • Exceptional communication abilities tailored to diverse audiences, including engineering and product teams.
  • A commitment to producing well-architected, testable, and well-documented code.
  • Experience with domain-driven design and microservices architecture is advantageous.
  • Background in financial services is highly desirable.
