About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team at Optimus Search. As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using modern software development methodologies and tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with software development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior software developers, and contribute to the development of technical standards and best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that software products meet the required quality standards, and identify and implement improvements to the development process.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern software development languages and technologies, including C# and.NET.
  • Agile Development: Experience working in agile development environments, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
  • GUI Development: Experience with GUI development using WPF is a plus.
  • Event-Driven Systems: Experience working with event-driven systems is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
