Research Scientist in Pancreatic Cancer

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Research Scientist to join our team at Universitätsklinikum Ulm. As a Research Scientist, you will be responsible for investigating druggable cell-intrinsic mechanisms in modulating an immune cell response in pancreatic cancer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ complex 3D co-culture model systems, genetically engineered mouse models, and human organoid models to perform shRNA and CRISPR library-based screening approaches.
  • Study biochemical and biophysical aspects of tumor-niche interactions for entering clinical translation.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
  • Contribute to the development of new research projects and ideas.
