Role Responsibilities:

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in reinforcing our Institutional Sales division in Germany. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our clients' market presence within a designated territory. You will actively pursue new business opportunities while managing and nurturing a portfolio of accounts that includes top Corporates and Financial institutions.

Our organization has established itself as a market leader in the Risk Compliance sector, achieving double-digit growth consistently over the past five years. We have also introduced an innovative AI-driven platform designed to enhance client efficiency in due diligence and risk management activities.

Your Contributions:

  • Drive revenue growth within your assigned territory, focusing on securing new business from key prospects.
  • Retain and expand revenue from existing clients through effective cross-selling strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships across all levels of client organizations, negotiating effectively at senior levels.
  • Utilize strategic account analysis and territory planning to develop and implement targeted sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and execute local marketing campaigns.
  • Gather and communicate insights on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Provide feedback to the organization regarding customer insights and potential market shifts.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and articulate client needs and business priorities.
  • A proactive and disciplined approach, with a proven history of generating new revenue from both new and existing clients.
  • Awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape to capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
  • A background in the online business information sector or experience within the Risk & Compliance or SaaS industries is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
