**Job Summary**

HYDRO Systems GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, coordinating and participating in 1st and 2nd-level support, and analyzing and improving existing IT processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to employees via a ticket system
  • Coordinate and participate in 1st and 2nd-level support
  • Analyze and improve existing IT processes
  • Install clients using software distribution SCCM
  • Manage user administration and mobile devices

**Requirements:**

  • Completed studies in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Experience in client-facing IT environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • High level of reliability and teamwork
  • Very good German and good English language skills
