Procurement Project Manager

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Project Manager to lead the procurement strategy for our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the project procurement strategy, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the project procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall procurement strategy.
- Coordinate and consolidate sourcing activities, ensuring performance and efficiency across the project.
- Manage procurement teams, ensuring they contribute to project QCD (quality, cost, and delivery) goals.
- Organize procurement launch meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Develop and implement corrective measures to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific conditions, including localization rates and financial conditions.
- Escalate procurement issues and risks to senior management, proposing corrective measures.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive overview of project procurement performance, including cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
- Proven experience in procurement project management, with a strong understanding of quality, cost, and delivery commitments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and systems, including electronic parts maturity follow-up tools.
