Die PositionWir suchen einen erfahrenen Führungskraft, der die Verantwortung für den gesamten Standort (ca. 150 Mitarbeiter) hinsichtlich Qualität, Produktivität, Personal und Ergebnis/Budgeteinhaltung übernimmt. Der ideal Kandidat bringt eine überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft und Motivation mit und verfügt über eine hohe Qualitätsanspruch, eine ausgesprochene Innovationsfreude, eine starke Lösungsorientierung und ein hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen.
Die Anforderungen- Führungsverantwortung für den gesamten Standort
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Konzepten zur permanenten Weiterentwicklung des Standortes
- Weiterentwicklung der Sales- und Serviceprozesse
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und einer geringen Fluktuationsquote
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter am Standort
- Impulsgeber für wichtige Verbesserungen im gesamten Kundenservice
- Repräsentation des Standortes nach innen und außen
Sie bringen eine überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft und Motivation mit. Was Sie bringen sollten- Wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher oder vergleichbar Hochschulabschluss oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung und Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service/Customer Interaction Center/Call Center (mindestens 100 Mitarbeiter)
- Einschlägige Erfahrungen mit Instrumenten des Qualitäts-, Prozess- & Projektmanagements
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse & sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Nachweislich hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Idealerweise Trainings- und Coaching-Erfahrungen
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
