Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Fachberater, der unsere Weiterbildung und Coaching-Angebote weiterentwickelt und umsetzt. Als Program Lead Professional Skills & Onboarding bei der ManpowerGroup bist du Teil unseres internen Learning & Development Teams und verantwortlich für die Analyse von Lernbedarfen, die Entwicklung praxisnaher Schulungsinhalte und die Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Lernbedarfsanalyse und Trendableitung: Du analysierst die Lernbedarfe unserer Mitarbeiter und identifizierst relevante Trends, um unsere Weiterbildungsprogramme zu verbessern.
  • Content-Erstellung und Programmumsetzung: Du entwickelst neue Schulungsinhalte, aktualisierst bestehendes Material und stellst sicher, dass alle Programme effektiv, relevant und praxisnah sind.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Netzwerken und internationalen HR-KollegInnen: Du arbeitest eng mit europäischen und internationalen HR-KollegInnen zusammen, baust lokale Netzwerke auf und stellst sicher, dass die Programme den spezifischen Anforderungen des Unternehmens entsprechen.
  • Vermittlung von Fachkenntnissen (Technical Skills): Du führst Schulungen in Präsenz und online durch, moderierst Workshops und nutzt verschiedene Methoden, um einen messbaren Lerneffekt zu erzielen.
  • Evaluation: Du bewertest die Wirksamkeit der Schulungsprogramme mit diagnostischen Tools und passt die Programme bei Bedarf an, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu gewährleisten.

Deine Qualifikationen
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im operativen Geschäft, idealerweise in einer 360-Grad-Rolle in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche.
  • Starke Vertriebserfahrung mit einer Erfolgsbilanz beim Erreichen und Übertreffen von Zielen.
  • Nachgewiesene Expertise in der Analyse von Lernbedarfen und der Entwicklung praxisnaher Schulungsinhalte.
  • Natürliche Seniorität und Durchsetzungsvermögen, starke analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Reisebereitschaft.
