KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Service Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day In this role, you will oversee a dedicated project team and liaise with essential stakeholders, particularly the regional units as your primary clients, alongside partners, manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors involved in high voltage system – switching products. As the Project Manager, you will hold responsibility for ensuring the timely and budget-compliant delivery of assigned tasks and project scope, maintaining the expected quality and adherence to EHS standards. Key activities include evaluating risks and managing them effectively to mitigate any adverse effects on the project, as well as systematically handling changes, assessing their implications on project scope, schedule, budget, and risks, and implementing suitable measures. Within the Service team, we strive daily to foster a positive working relationship between the project team and interfacing organizations. How You'll Make an Impact Collaborate closely with your project manager counterpart to ensure seamless coordination with key stakeholders, including regional units, clients, partners, manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors. Take accountability for the timely delivery of assigned offers, projects, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and quality standards. Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks to prevent any negative repercussions on the project. Systematically manage scope alterations, evaluating their impact on order scope, schedule, budget, and risks, and take necessary actions. Foster a strong working relationship between the order, engineering, and financial teams, as well as interfacing organizations. What You Bring A technical background, such as a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management and leading project teams. Proficiency in Office, SAP, and MS Project. A willingness to learn, flexibility, and strong communication skills are essential for effective team integration. Experience in the electric power sector and familiarity with business challenges related to high voltage services, GIS, and AIS is advantageous but not mandatory. Project Management Certification is a plus. Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
