Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Procurement Specialist to join our Category Management Team.

This role is vital to the success of Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), ensuring the seamless transition of components from prototype to serial production.

Implement and support Procurement Strategies & Policies in alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Work closely with Production, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Program teams throughout development projects.

Establish and maintain a global network of aircraft suppliers to drive best practices and foster continuous innovation.

Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality plant deliveries, supported by Supply Chain Operations.

Lead large-scale supplier sourcing projects from initial analysis to successful ramp-up and stable performance.

Exhibit high responsiveness and real-time work behavior to meet the demands of dynamic projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a Technical Field.
  • ~2-4 years of experience in Procurement and Supplier Management, with a focus on the aerospace or automotive sectors.
  • ~ Proven experience in contracting within the aerospace or automotive industries.
  • ~ Fluency in English is required.
