AUVESY-MDT is in search of a skilled Business Development Manager who will work in close partnership with our sales and marketing divisions. We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and versatile professional who will oversee both incoming and outgoing leads for the sales team.
- Lead Oversight - Assess and manage incoming leads generated by marketing, along with outbound outreach focused on the Manufacturing sector.
- Client Interaction - Reach out to potential clients within the designated territory to assess their requirements and interest in our products and services.
- Product Demonstration - Organize or perform online sales presentations and keep thorough records in the lead management system. Ensure that necessary resources are prepared for effective demonstrations.
- Market and Product Acumen - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings as well as competitor activities.
- Relationship Management - Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance product/service satisfaction, generate new sales, and strengthen existing connections.
- Collaborative Efforts - Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments, including marketing, customer service, and sales support.
- Experience - At least 3 years of experience in software sales, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Tools - Familiarity with sales platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Industry Insight - Strong grasp of the Industrial Automation landscape.
- Skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Language Proficiency - Fluent in both German and English.
- Educational Background - A preferred associate's or bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage sector
