Position Overview: We are seeking a Test Manager with a strong focus on Infotainment, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), or Functional Safety (FuSi) to enhance our testing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee test management activities with an emphasis on Infotainment, ADAS, or FuSi.
- Formulate innovative testing strategies to direct all testing efforts.
- Independently organize and manage test teams, environments, stages, and data.
- Collaborate effectively with project management, development teams, and customer test managers, including nearshore and offshore teams.
- Work closely with project managers to supervise all testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Enhance methodologies and processes both independently and in partnership with internal development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics) or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in test management, processes, and testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of standard testing techniques and procedures.
- Familiarity with leading testing tools (e.g., Vector, VW-Tools, dSPACE).
- Excellent teamwork skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
- ISTQB Test Manager certification is advantageous.
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
- A proactive approach to work with a hands-on mentality.
