About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Software Engineer to join our team at FEV EVA GmbH. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software solutions for automotive applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software specifications and requirements for automotive systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and ensure seamless system functionality
  • Design and implement software solutions for high-voltage energy storage systems in hybrid and electric vehicles
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of software components and systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of software development processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Java, or Python
  • Experience with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Git, and JIRA
  • Knowledge of automotive software development standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
