Unsere Group IT spielt eine zentrale Rolle, indem sie IT-Lösungen und -Prozesse für die gesamte Gruppe bereitstellt und unterstützt. Aktuell befindet sich die Organisation in einem Transformationsprozess, in dem die Group IT intensiv daran arbeitet, Abläufe zu harmonisieren und zu digitalisieren.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entgegennahme von Kundenanfragen (Tickets) und Problemlösungen über Telefon oder Ticketsystem im 1st-Level-Support.
  • Betreuung von telefonischen und persönlichen Support-Anfragen (MS 365, SCCM, Intune, mobile Endgeräte).
  • Bereitstellung von lösungsorientierter Sofortberatung und gegebenenfalls Weiterleitung komplexerer Störungen an externe Dienstleister oder den Herstellersupport.
  • Verwaltung von PCs, Laptops und Druckern in einer Client-/Server-Netzwerkumgebung (Windows, MacOS).

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen.
  • Kenntnisse in Technologien wie MS 365, Intune MDM, Windows 10/11, FAT/Thin Clients, IGEL UMS.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Dringlichkeit und die Fähigkeit, im Einklang mit festgelegten IT-Prozessen zu handeln.
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
