Business Analyst Divisional Controlling Specialist

Divisional Controlling Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Divisional Controlling professional to join our team at Nordex Group. As a Divisional Controlling Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support to the Division Europe team.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partner for all functions belonging to Division Europe, including Admin, Sales, and Project Management
- Divisional Controlling tasks, such as coordination of monthly closure, forecasting, and risk management process, annual budget planning process, etc.
- Analysis of operational and financial data to maintain divisional reporting and improve transparency and business performance
- Enhancement of existing analysis and reporting tools considering a high degree of complexity
- Support in divisional ad-hoc tasks and projects, such as new market entries, implementation of SAP S/4HANA, etc.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or controlling or comparable relevant education
- Expertise in working with SAP, excellent skills in Excel and Power BI
- Good understanding of commercial structures and processes to analyze operational and financial data
- Strong communication-, moderation-, and assertive skills across different hierarchical levels and nationalities
- Precise, independent, and structured way of working
- Fluent in English and German
