Wir suchen im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeregelung einen Junior Business Performance Analyst (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unser Finanz-Team am Standort Osnabrück. Als Junior Business Performance Analyst (m/w/d) berichten Sie direkt an den Regional Performance Manager für Europa und leisten einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Optimierung der Finanzleistung des Geschäfts.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Regional Performance Managers:
    • Sie assistieren bei der Erstellung und Analyse der monatlichen Finanzabschlüsse, Forecasts und Budgetaktivitäten.
  • Analyse und Entscheidungshilfen:
    • Sie nutzen finanzielle Entscheidungstools, um Wertsteigerungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und Handlungsempfehlungen zu geben, die im Einklang mit unserer Unternehmensstrategie stehen.
  • Förderung des Finanzbewusstseins:
    • Sie tragen dazu bei, das Verständnis für wichtige Einflussfaktoren auf das Geschäftsergebnis bei Ihren Kollegen zu verbessern und fördern Aktivitäten zur Wertsteigerung.
  • Projektunterstützung:
    • Sie unterstützen bei globalen Ad-hoc-Anfragen und Finanzprojekten.
  • Berichtswesen:

    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Geschäftsfunktionen, insbesondere pro-aktive Unterstützung des Commercial-Teams.

Ihr Profil:

  • Bildung:
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Finanzbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung:
    • Idealerweise 2-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten:
    • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten:
    • Fähigkeit, effektiv auf allen Ebenen der Organisation zu kommunizieren und Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu fördern.
  • IT-Kenntnisse:
    • Hervorragende Computerkenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, PowerPoint und Management-Informationssystemen. Praktische Erfahrung in Power BI und SAP ist von Vorteil.
  • Flexibilität:
    • Anpassungsfähigkeit an neue Vorgaben und dynamische Prioritäten innerhalb der Organisation sind entscheidend für den Erfolg in dieser Position.
  • Selbstständigkeit:
