- Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain cash flow reports and forecasts to ensure financial liquidity, including the top-down establishment of long-range planning (LRP) targets and monitoring the achievement of company objectives.
- You will prepare regular updates on the organization's short and medium-term financial status for senior management, stakeholders, and the Sky Group, including monthly financial statements, reforecasts, budgets, and LRP.
- Your role will involve conducting variance analyses between projected and actual cash flows, processing relevant drivers for management, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the enhancement of processes and systems to optimize cash management.
- Collaboration with various departments such as Commercial Finance, Financial Reporting, and Treasury will be essential to ensure effective cash management.
- You will serve as the technical authority for inquiries related to operating cash flow development and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), acting as a strategic partner for the Commercial Finance team in crafting business cases aimed at sustainably enhancing company performance.
- A university degree with a focus on economics and a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a comparable role within finance, controlling, or reporting, preferably in an auditing environment.
- Proficient knowledge of cash flow planning and reporting, along with financial planning and analysis.
- Strong expertise in finance and accounting, coupled with experience in variance analyses, liquidity planning, financial software, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, TM1).
- Your professional background has equipped you with foundational knowledge in data analysis and reporting tools, as well as insights into the media and pay-TV sector, particularly with a solid understanding of Sky's commercial landscape.
- You are analytical, adaptable, resilient, and your work style is structured and solution-oriented, complemented by a proactive attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills with various stakeholders and the ability to present facts and processes clearly are among your strengths.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English will complete your profile.
