Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to become part of our team as HR interns at Continental. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in various human resources functions including talent acquisition, employee relocations, compensation adjustments, terminations, and works council meetings.
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners to facilitate intern recruitment and provide support throughout the HR lifecycle.
  • Enhancing internal communication regarding HR matters.
  • Contributing to ongoing HR initiatives through research, presentation development, and suggesting enhancements.
  • Analyzing and compiling HR data and reports utilizing Excel.
  • Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participating in site-specific projects and special assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in economics, psychology, sociology, or related fields with an emphasis on human resources.
  • Previous hands-on experience in HR operations is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in German with strong English language skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and driven by results.
  • Able to learn quickly and approach tasks in a structured manner.
