Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Event Management Specialist to join our team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our Platform Account Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term partnerships with existing partners, managing their accounts, and implementing their desired placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Manage partner accounts, providing expert advice and support to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Plan and execute paid placements, ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery to partners.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to promote partnerships on our app, website, and social media channels.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Knowledge of the events industry and a passion for cultural events.
  • Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging content and create compelling visual content.
