Konzeption und Planung von Veranstaltungen:

Entwickle kreative Konzepte für außergewöhnliche Events, die unsere Markenbotschaft wirkungsvoll kommunizieren.

Arbeite eng mit internen Abteilungen wie PR, Marketing und Eigenmarken zusammen, um die Integration der Markenbotschaft sicherzustellen.

Wähle geeignete Veranstaltungsorte und Ressourcen aus und koordiniere die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern wie Eventagenturen, Medienvertretern und Influencern.

Durchführung von Veranstaltungen:

Berücksichtige bei der Umsetzung Zeitpläne und Budgets, um qualitativ hochwertige Veranstaltungen innerhalb der finanziellen Vorgaben zu realisieren.

Koordiniere alle logistischen Aspekte der Events, von Gästelistenmanagement über technische Unterstützung bis hin zum Eventpersonal.

Gewährleiste eine reibungslose Durchführung vor Ort, um unvergessliche Erlebnisse für unsere Gäste zu schaffen.

Berichterstattung und Analyse:

Bewerte den Erfolg der Veranstaltungen anhand von Analysen der Social-Media-Daten und erstelle detaillierte Berichte, einschließlich ROI, Reichweite und Engagement, um den Erfolg der Events zu bewerten und zukünftige Strategien zu optimieren.


Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder Eventmanagement.

Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Eventmanagement, idealerweise in der Beauty- und Lifestylebranche.

Leidenschaft für die Beauty- und Lifestylebranche sowie eine ausgeprägte kreative Denkweise zur Entwicklung innovativer Eventkonzepte.

Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, um qualitativ hochwertige Veranstaltungen innerhalb der finanziellen und zeitlichen Vorgaben zu realisieren.
