Senior Fullstack Developer (PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript)
Location: Germany
Work Authorization: Must possess a valid work permit for Germany
Language Requirements: Proficient in German (C1/C2 level)
Key Responsibilities:
Web Development: Design, maintain, and enhance corporate websites and essential digital products, including customer portals and crowdinvesting platforms.
Technical Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing technical support and introduce new features for web interfaces.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with fellow developers, product owners, and project managers.
Innovation and Feedback: Foster an innovative workplace and remain receptive to feedback to enhance company websites and digital services.

Salary and Compensation:
Range: 55,000 per year

Team and Structure:
Direct Colleagues: 4-5 direct team members.
Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer.
Collaboration: Daily interactions with developers, product owners, and project managers. The team currently includes one other high-code developer, three low-code developers, and three apprentices.
Role Specifics:
Contract: Open-ended.
Hours per Week: 32-40 hours (80% also possible).
Vacation: 30 days.
Probation Period: 6 months.
Requirements:
Fluent in German (C1/C2 level): All tasks and user stories are documented in German.
Technical Skills: Expertise in PHP 7 & 8, familiarity with JavaScript (preferably TypeScript), strong skills in CSS3, HTML5, Responsive Design, and Git. Experience with Symfony is advantageous. Knowledge of Docker, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in software development, with the capability to work autonomously and manage projects from inception to completion. Experience in product-based development is preferred over CMS-focused work.
Education: A degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Self-taught individuals with significant experience are also considered.
