Your Mission

As a Specialist Design Operations Team member, you will support the Design Operations Team with handling employee requests and expense claims. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the budget controlling and analysis, including the management of team expenses to ensure overall cost efficiency
  • Supporting the creation of internal budget approval reports about investment plans
  • Supporting the team with tracking and analyzing the budget status and preparing final completion reports for each project
  • Monitoring and analyzing the progress of projects on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Constantly monitoring the budget for outsourcing (for projects) and summarizing monthly time sheets
  • Creating SAP Fund Commitment and managing invoices and payment processes and reporting them to the related department
  • Supporting the Head of European Design and the Head of Global Design regarding SAP Fund Commitment and uploading invoices
  • Reviewing the End-of-Year closing, such as planning accruals and clearing next year budgets
  • Performing administrative duties to support the operation of our daily business
  • Supporting the team with organizing projects, events, workshops, and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Identifying areas for improvements, proposing, and implementing adequate measures

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a proven record of vocational training with relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably in an international environment
  • Basic understanding of accounting and budget systems
  • Advanced computer skills, above all, MS-Office package, especially Excel
  • Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and flexibility in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with tact and discretion in English with management teams and employees at all levels
  • Fluency in English on written and verbal basis is compulsory; fluency in Korean or German is beneficial
