Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, including nursing, caregiving, and support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing and caregiving services to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support services.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of dignity and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in elderly care and support.
Requirements
- Successful completion of training as a certified Health and Nursing Care Specialist or Elderly Care Specialist.
- Experience working with seniors, preferably in a care or support setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
