Data Quality Manager

About the Role

You will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Data Analytics and contribute significantly to the success of ZEISS Group's digital transformation. In this challenging function, you will assist business units in establishing Master Data standards and enhancing the quality level of Master Data in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and consuming systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Utilize analytical tools to perform data integrity checks and cleansing, identify and correct/update data discrepancies, duplicates, and outdated records.
  • Provide support in resolving data quality problems with subject matter experts.
  • Be part of a central Master Data Governance Team, creating the foundation for a data-driven organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ZEISS Digital Partners.

Your Profile

  • Hold successfully completed studies, preferably in business informatics, information technology, or a technical education in informatics, paired with a passion for master data and data.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively between different stakeholder groups from technology to business.
  • Possess experience with SAP MDG, ERP, CRM, or comparable systems, preferably.
  • Career starters are also appreciated.
  • Fluent English and advanced German language skills.
