Information Security Quality Manager RoleWe are searching for a dedicated Information Security Quality Manager to play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of ISMS processes within our overall Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with EN ISO 13485.
Your expertise in both general quality management and information security will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of data protection and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001.
- Ensure smooth integration of ISMS processes with other QMS processes.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, acting as the audit representative for external ISMS audits.
- Manage the information security risk assessment process, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to conduct comprehensive risk assessments.
- Administer and maintain QMS documentation.
- Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to specialist departments on daily information security and quality-related activities, including planning and executing employee training programs.
- Report to management on the effectiveness of the ISMS and identify areas for improvement.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of information security principles and best practices. Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO/IEC 27001 and EN ISO 13485 standards is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are required to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
