We're seeking a skilled Service Manager Collaboration Solutions to join our team and contribute to delivering sustainable technology solutions that meet the energy challenges of tomorrow.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement unified communication and collaboration services, ensuring seamless integration with business requirements.
- Design and implement hybrid working methods to drive business success.
- Manage the change process, ensuring regulatory and legal standards are met, and develop service improvement plans.
- Utilize existing service frameworks, including service design information, to drive efficiency.
- Support service lifecycle management, aligning with IT strategy, architecture roadmaps, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain the solution portfolio for Unified Communication and Collaboration services, collaborating with the service owner.
- Identify and manage risks associated with planned service changes, reporting to stakeholders.
- Plan and manage IT service budgets, ensuring costs are within budget.
- Investigate and resolve service faults and issues, leveraging your technical and process expertise.
Your Ideal Profile
- University degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with several years of experience in audio & video conferencing, fixed network, and mobile.
- Proven track record in service delivery, with expertise in hybrid working and collaboration methods.
- Knowledge of ITIL (V3 certification desirable) and experience with Quality, Risk Management, and Service Delivery/Transformation.
- Experience in project management, particularly in international projects, is an advantage.
- Excellent speaking skills in English, with good skills in German a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work in an international environment.
