Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM Industrie GmbH. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of all contractually agreed facility management services to ensure and maintain site operations, considering CBRE's internal cost and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Facility Management Services: Ensure the provision of all contractually agreed facility management services to ensure and maintain site operations.
- Maintenance Management: Manage planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring work is completed in accordance with KPIs such as response and completion time for GE Vernova in Berlin and Dresden.
- Documentation and Reporting: Ensure proper documentation in the work order management system (SI7) and develop reports to client as appropriate.
- Compliance and Safety: Responsible for compliance with national and local codes and regulations, including fire and life safety, environmental, or industry/client specific third-party compliance standards.
- CBRE and GE QHSE Standards: Responsible for the application of CBRE and GE QHSE standards and procedures.
- Capital Improvement Projects: Identify and manage cost reductions in line with client agreed contractual commitments.
- Vendor Management: Managing vendor service level performance working with sourcing colleagues to identify new vendors when appropriate.
- Escalation and Issue Resolution: Serves as point-person for all escalations for day-to-day office operations responsibilities, procedures and services including furniture, fixtures and equipment, security, supplies, mailing/shipping, maintenance, installation and repairs. Rectifies any issues or client concerns.
- Team Supervision: Responsible for supervising IFM staff assigned to the Berlin and Dresden sites. Recommends staff recruitment, corrective action and termination if required. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviours consistent with company's values.
- Safety Functions: Responsible for safety functions including emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, business continuity and evacuation procedures and plans. Actively promotes working safely and the importance of safe working practices.
- Financial Management: Responsible for developing/monitoring client IFM budgets and reporting financial information to the line manager in timely and accurate manner (Actuals, Forecasts, open PO's etc.).
- Service Bottlenecks and Operational Risks: Identifies, analyses and manages service bottlenecks and operational risks.
- Business or Technical Degree: Business or technical degree, ideally with a focus on facility management, alternatively.
- Relevant Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience and experience in leading a team.
- Occupational Safety Measures: Extensive knowledge and application experience of occupational safety measures.
- Complex Business Relationships: Understanding of complex business relationships, as well as strong analytical thinking skills.
- Structured and Independent Work Style: Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working.
- High Resilience and Flexibility: High resilience and flexibility.
- Customer and Service Orientation: Distinct customer and service orientation.
- MS Office Skills: Confident use of MS Office.
- Language Skills: Fluent German and English.
