Diese Position ist als Elternzeitvertretung vorgesehen und kann sowohl in Teilzeit als auch in Vollzeit ausgeübt werden.

Aufgaben

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:

Du wirst eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Unternehmen übernehmen und eng mit der Geschäftsführung sowie unseren Consultants und Entwicklern zusammenarbeiten. Je nach deinen Stärken erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:

  • Im Bereich People Operations bist du verantwortlich für die Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und kümmerst dich um das Wohlbefinden unserer MitarbeiterInnen, beispielsweise durch die Organisation von Team-Events und die Einführung von Mitarbeitervorteilen.
  • Du initiierst und leitest eigenständig Projekte zur Verbesserung der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit.
  • Du bist zuständig für die Personal- und Führungskräfteentwicklung.
  • Du unterstützt uns bei administrativen Aufgaben, wie der Bearbeitung von Anfragen unserer MitarbeiterInnen (z.B. Urlaubsanträge, Krankmeldungen) und der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen.
  • Im Recruiting begleitest du BewerberInnen aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen vom Screening über Vorstellungsgespräche bis hin zum Onboarding und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • Du sprichst geeignete KandidatInnen aktiv über verschiedene Kanäle an.
Qualifikation

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. BWL) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR-GeneralistIn im IT-Bereich.
  • Erfahrung im On- und Offboarding von MitarbeiterInnen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im End-to-End Recruiting, idealerweise in einem agilen Umfeld.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine freundliche, offene Persönlichkeit.
  • Eine strukturierte, proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe technische Affinität.
