Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als HR Specialist, die über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten verfügt und gleichzeitig eine proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität mitbringt.

Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein relevantes Studium, idealerweise mit einer Spezialisierung im Personalwesen.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit und hast aktuelle Kenntnisse im Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht.
  • Deine Fähigkeiten in MS Office nutzt Du effektiv zur Erstellung diverser Reports.
  • Teamarbeit ist für Dich selbstverständlich, Du bist humorvoll und bringst einen guten Musikgeschmack mit.
  • Auch in herausfordernden Situationen bleibst Du motiviert, behältst einen kühlen Kopf und strahlst stets Freundlichkeit aus.
Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten.
  • Du übernimmst sämtliche administrativen Prozesse vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt der Mitarbeiter.
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team verantwortest Du die vollständige Erstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für einen zugewiesenen Mitarbeiterkreis.
  • Die eigenverantwortliche Prüfung und Bearbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher Fragestellungen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Du trägst aktiv zur Optimierung und Standardisierung unserer HR-Prozesse bei.
  • Du arbeitest an der Entwicklung innovativer HR-Projekte mit und bringst Deine Ideen ein.
