Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Android SDK Developer/Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our SDKs, maintaining associated applications, and initiating new projects. Our SDKs facilitate mobile app developers in monetizing their applications by integrating advertisements linked to the Smaato network. These SDKs communicate with our backend through APIs to exchange relevant data and request advertisements for display in mobile applications. Ensuring an exceptional user experience, reliability, and minimal resource consumption is of utmost importance to us.
Your Contributions
- Implement enhancements to our Android SDK utilizing the Scrum methodology
- Integrate innovative advertising formats, such as native in-app video ads, to optimize revenue streams
- Develop sample applications for our demand and supply partners to assist with integration and testing of new ad formats
- Create internal applications for Smaato to facilitate SDK testing
- Stay informed about the latest trends in Android SDK development to ensure compatibility with the newest mobile devices
What We Seek
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Over 5 years of experience in developing and deploying Android applications, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Android SDK development
- Proficient in Java, Kotlin, and Jenkins
- Experienced in Test-Driven Development methodologies
- Familiarity with iOS SDK development is a plus
- Knowledge of UIAutomator/Espresso and Gradle is advantageous, along with experience in developing plugins for gaming platforms like Unity
- Experience in the AdTech ecosystem and Agile environments is beneficial
- Fluency in English is essential
