Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Fundraising Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Fundraising Department, you will be responsible for supporting the management of the team and contributing to the development of strategic and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Fundraising in managing the Fundraising team
  • Contribute to the development of strategic and operational plans for the department
  • Act as a sparring partner to the Head of Fundraising
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies, reporting systems, guidelines, and processes
  • Maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Oversee and control budgets for the fundraising team
  • Represent FOUR PAWS Germany at networking and professional events

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant experience and/or educational background in fundraising or a related field
  • Experience in leading, managing, coordinating, and motivating teams
  • Further training in fundraising, such as courses at the Fundraising Academy or similar, would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission
