Casualty/Motor Underwriting Assistant

As a Casualty/Motor Underwriting Assistant at AXA Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the underwriting process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and evaluating customer risk data to inform pricing programs
- Ensuring data quality in underwriting, rating, and data storage systems
- Conducting ad-hoc research and project work to provide valuable insights for underwriters
- Assisting in compliance with underwriting administrative policies
- Opportunities to shadow in other areas of industrial insurance
You will report to the Head of UW Casualty/Motor Germany & IFL Germany, Austria & CSEE.
Share Your Expertise
We are seeking individuals with the following skills:
- Strong analytical skills and interest in data processing and application, especially in Excel and internal tools
- Advanced bachelor studies with at least 1 year remaining, preferably in Business Administration/Risk and Insurance Management/Commercial Law or related fields
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Independent and structured work approach, enjoyment and interest in teamwork
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
