Beschreibung der Position:

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Musikentdecker, der unsere Künstlerkarrieren strategisch und kreativ weiterentwickeln kann. Als Head of A&R bei Universal Music bist du verantwortlich für die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung unseres A&R-Teams. Du übernimmst die Rekrutierung neuer Talente und die Entwicklung bestehender Teammitglieder.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du entwickelst und implementierst Strategien für die musikalische Ausrichtung unseres Labels
  • Du führt Vertragsverhandlungen mit Künstlern und Musiklabels durch
  • Du bist zuständig für die kreative und strategische Beratung von Künstlern und Karrieren
  • Du erweiterst unser Produktrepertoire und findest neue Talente in neuen Szenen
  • Du trägst Budgetverantwortung für die A&R-Tätigkeiten unseres Labels

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrungen im A&R-Bereich und Marketing mit
  • Du hast Erfahrungen als Führungskraft und kannst dein Team strategisch und kreativ führen
  • Du kennst Dich in der Musikszene bestens aus und hast ein umfassendes Netzwerk an Produzenten, Künstlern und Dienstleistern
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
