Underwriter US Delegated Authority Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Underwriter US Delegated Authority to join our team at HDI AG. As an Underwriter US Delegated Authority, you will be responsible for managing our renewal portfolio and supporting the on-boarding of new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day contract administration and support the on-boarding of new business
- Analyze monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and developments within our portfolio
- Conduct general market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Assist in the completion of underwriting file reviews
- Support marketing efforts through international travel and conference attendance in the USA
Requirements:
- Bachelor's (or Master's degree) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of primary insurance, including agency business, is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and English (preferably both C1)
- Willingness to travel on business in the USA
