As an Underwriter US Delegated Authority, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional insurance services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer our renewal portfolio, ensuring seamless contract management and onboarding of new business.
  • Analyze monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and developments within our portfolio.
  • Conduct general market research to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Assist in the completion of underwriting file reviews to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Represent our company at international conferences and events in the USA, promoting our brand and services.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of primary insurance, including agency business, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in German and English (C1 level or higher) is required.
  • Willingsness to travel on business in the USA.
