Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Formulate design strategies and define project scopes to meet client expectations. Evaluate technical submissions and oversee project execution. Ensure effective management of project timelines, scope, quality, and financial resources.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to achieve optimal value. Track project expenditures and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Risk Assessment: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster clear communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Safety Compliance: Uphold safety regulations on all project sites.
  • Progress Reporting: Compile and present comprehensive project status updates to clients and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven project management experience in client-focused environments, with a minimum of 3 years in construction project management, particularly in multi-branch initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and project management software (e.g., VOB). Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project is essential.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local honorarium regulations for architects and engineers (HOAI) is advantageous.
  • International Experience: Experience managing remote projects across European countries is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both German and English, with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying challenges, adapting to evolving requirements, and making informed decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Dedication to delivering outstanding service and surpassing client expectations.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as necessary within Germany and other European regions.
