Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Develop design strategies and define project scope, ensuring alignment with client goals. Evaluate technical proposals and oversee implementation. Manage project timelines, scope, quality, and financial resources.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with specifications, industry standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to secure optimal value. Track project expenditures and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Risk Assessment: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Health and Safety Standards: Uphold safety regulations on project sites to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Progress Reporting: Compile and present project status updates to clients and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven project management experience in operational client buildings is essential, with a minimum of 3 years in construction project management focused on multi-branch projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and project management software (e.g., VOB). Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project is required.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with local honorarium regulations for architects and engineers (HOAI) is preferred.
  • International Experience: Background in managing remote projects across European countries is an added advantage.
  • Communication and Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to recognize and address challenges, adapt to evolving requirements, and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational Abilities: Outstanding time management skills and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Dedication to delivering superior service and surpassing client expectations.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as necessary within Germany and other European regions.
