About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our business process management team. As a Head of Business Process Management, you will play a key role in optimizing business processes across the organization, collaborating with senior leaders and managing directors to enhance productivity, reduce production costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and implement business processes to increase productivity and reduce costs annually.
  • Collaborate with operators, supervisors, senior leaders, and stakeholders to identify and implement innovative process improvements.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and develop KPIs to drive continuous improvement and meet business objectives.
  • Lead change management initiatives and execute projects, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team while traveling across Germany to oversee and implement process improvement projects, maintaining effective communication with the corporate office and branches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, logistics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in operations, business process management, process engineering, or a similar role within the logistics industry.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools like Excel and Visio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in productivity and process optimization.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with different stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and possess strong convincing and negotiation skills.
