Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Relief Worker. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide personalized care to adult patients at home, supporting new patient teams during the establishment phase and assisting existing nursing teams during staffing shortages.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, including basic and treatment care, implementation of rehabilitative measures, and social support.
- Collaborate with doctors and therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Support new patient teams during the establishment phase, ensuring a smooth transition and high-quality care.
- Assist existing nursing teams during staffing shortages, providing additional support and ensuring continuity of care.
- Participate in patient care coordination, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals.

Requirements
- Degree as a registered healthcare professional or nurse, or related field.
- Interest in outpatient care for various critically ill patients, potentially on ventilators.
- Strong nursing and social skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license.
- Prior experience in extramural intensive care or ventilator care is desirable, but not required.
