Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Call Center AgentWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team in Heidelberg. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers and resolving disputes in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Utilize negotiation and persuasion techniques to resolve disputes and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Document all interactions and agreements in our proprietary debt collection system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in German, with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately.
- Previous experience in customer service, debt collection, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
