AufgabenbereichAls Mitarbeiter des multinationalen Security Management Teams der IONOS SE arbeiten Sie bei einem der größten Hoster Europas im stark wachsenden Cloud-Bereich. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
- Die Konzeption und den Betrieb eines integrierten Managementsystems, das zertifizierte Bereiche aus der ISO 27001, dem BSI IT-Grundschutz und BSI C5 umfasst und stetig erweitert wird.
- Die Analyse unserer Systeme, Prozesse und Produkte nach Standards der Informationssicherheit.
- Die Qualifizierung und Bewertung von Maßnahmen zur Erfüllung der Sicherheitsanforderungen und die Leitung von Projekten zu deren Umsetzung.
- Die Planung von Maßnahmen für Neu- und Rezertifizierungen, die Durchführung dieser Maßnahmen und die Nachbereitung.
- Die Erstellung von Berichten und Kennzahlen und die Vertretung dieser gegenüber dem Top-Management.
- Die Übernahme von Themen in weiteren Security Disziplinen wie Awareness, Risk Management oder Emergency Management und die Unterstützung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Information Security Manager mit folgenden Qualifikationen:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Informationssicherheit.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Compliance-Standards für Cloud-Dienste und Hosting-Provider in der Europäischen Union, z. B. BSI C5, BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, GDPR, CSA CCM.
- Erfahrung mit branchenspezifischen und internationalen Vorschriften, z. B. HIPAA oder BAIT/DORA.
- Technologiebegeisterung und Erfahrung mit Cloud Services und den damit verbundenen Auswirkungen der geteilten Verantwortung.
- Proaktive, selbstmotivierte und ein guter Teamplayer.
- Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Bereitschaft, Herausforderungen anzunehmen und verschiedene Wege zu beschreiten, um praktische und wirksame Lösungen zu finden.
- Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, sich rasch in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Die Fähigkeit, proaktiv und sicher in Deutsch und Englisch zu kommunizieren.
