Product Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to join our team at Flexa, a Joint Venture between Enpal and Entrix. As a Product Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing our product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Gather and analyze market trends, regulation, and end-customer needs to inform product development.
- Translate requirements into product features and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, define technical requirements, and guide the product development process.
- Collaborate with our partners, Enpal and Entrix, to ensure seamless vertical integration of our product, achieving exceptional VPP performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate product development efforts. Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of energy market and regulatory developments to ensure our Virtual Power Plant leverages all available revenue streams and acts according to most current market regulations.
- Proactively think about end-to-end customer experience (home-owners), conceptualize high-level strategy, and implement it together with our partner Enpal.
- 3+ years of hands-on product management experience in the renewable energy industry, preferably in topics such as VPP, HEMS, Flexibility, Trading, or Energy Supply.
- Strong technical background and experience working at the intersection of tech, product, and business development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex technology products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in German is a plus.
- Experience working in software development.
- Experience with Virtual Power Plants and/or HEMS.
- Experience in developing and managing energy products aimed at end-consumers.
