With a presence in over 100 countries, our highly specialized workforce is committed to advancing cardiology and improving patient outcomes.
The Global Product Cybersecurity team is responsible for maintaining security throughout the entire lifecycle of our medical devices, which range from embedded systems like pacemakers to cloud-hosted backend solutions. Our objective is to provide secure and reliable products that comply with regulatory standards and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Cybersecurity Manager, you will oversee all pre- and post-market cybersecurity activities for our cloud-hosted systems. Your role will include:
- Collaborating closely with development and operations teams across various departments to ensure comprehensive system security.
- Deeply engaging with the technology of our solutions to formulate and assess robust security strategies.
- Employing advanced threat modeling techniques to proactively identify risks and oversee the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Managing security testing and evaluations, including coordinating with third-party cybersecurity service providers.
- Providing expert guidance and support to development and operations teams for integrating security monitoring and assisting in incident response and vulnerability management.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong technical expertise in cloud technologies (preferably MS Azure) and cloud security principles.
- Advanced analytical skills for resolving complex issues and proposing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach.
- 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, software development, or risk management.
- A degree in computer science, information security, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
