- Degree in IT or a related field
- Proven experience in IT, with knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, and other technologies
- Familiarity with network architecture and IT needs in medium-sized enterprises
- Strong technical skills in Windows Server and Client operating systems
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Customer-focused with a strong enthusiasm for technology
