Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen (Senior) Hotel Business Analyst (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben als (Senior) Hotel Business Analyst (m/w/d) umfassen unter anderem:

  • Erstellung und Analyse von KPIs
  • Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Prognosen
  • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen
  • Aufbereitung und Erstellung diverser Statistiken
  • Pflege der Kostenstellen
  • Überwachung der Budgets und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im relevanten Bereich, idealerweise im Bereich Hotellerie oder Tourismus
  • Ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Hotelbereich sind wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit unternehmerischem Denken und analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrungen als (Senior) Hotel Business Analyst (m/w/d) mit.
