In the Field & Support Service, we make IT tangible: Our daily commitment ensures that the REWE Group's markets (especially REWE, Penny, Nahkauf) operate smoothly from a technical standpoint. Our greatest compliment is when customers can complete their shopping quickly and satisfactorily.
To achieve this, our Service & Support Engineers (m/f/d) are actively engaged in 2nd Level and Field Service across various locations in Germany. We are looking for you as a dedicated support, particularly in the internal support team. You can expect many exciting insights and tasks.
Responsibilities that will enhance your skills:
- You contribute actively: By creating, maintaining, and expanding solution databases.
- You are in the thick of it: By creatively participating in organizational and support processes.
- You show commitment: By providing assistance in 2nd Level support.
- You take the lead: By preparing SAP order forms and managing incoming goods bookings.

- First and foremost, your personality: You are open and friendly. A self-reliant and dependable work ethic characterizes you, and you enjoy delving into new topics.
- You are an enrolled student in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
- You have a passion for IT and technology, along with an understanding of databases.
- Proficient knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote) is essential.
- Your profile is rounded off by strong German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as basic knowledge of English.
