About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Area Management Assistant at I. K. Hofmann GmbH. As a key member of our residential area management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of daily operations in the residential area
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and care concepts
  • Participate in personnel leadership, planning, and development in the residential area
  • Contribute to the implementation of measures for quality improvement and assurance
  • Act as a contact person for residents, relatives, and employees for inquiries and issues
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Healthcare and Nursing Professional or equivalent
  • Proof of a leadership-related further education of at least 460 hours
  • Empathy, commitment, and enjoyment of working with elderly people
  • Team spirit, reliability, and sense of responsibility
  • Preferably experience in the care sector
