About the Role

Our ESG Risk Management & Business Coordination division is seeking a dedicated individual to support our efforts in enhancing and maintaining the ESG Risk Register. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in sustainability and ESG risk management while collaborating with a motivated team focused on creating positive environmental and social outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist risk managers in gathering ESG impacts, risks, and opportunities, as well as managing ESG data.
  • Participate in the development of a Power App for the ESG Risk Register, enhancing our risk management tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across various departments to develop the ESG risk management system.
  • Collect, analyze, and monitor data on sustainability-related topics and projects, including emission reductions and biodiversity.
  • Contribute to the development of mechanisms aimed at improving the monitoring and mitigation of ESG impacts, risks, and opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with a keen interest in sustainability.
  • Familiarity with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and experience in app development.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Previous experience in app development or sustainability projects, along with familiarity with risk management, is advantageous.
